YOUR DATA, CLEARLY EXPLAINED
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Hypervoice Technologies LLP (“Hypervoice”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit hypervoice.co, communicate with us, use our B2B creator marketplace, or connect a third-party service to Hypervoice.
1. Who we are
Hypervoice Technologies LLP is the entity responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Hypervoice operates a marketplace and collaboration service that helps B2B brands work with expert creators.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you interact with Hypervoice, we may collect:
- Account and profile data, such as your name, work email, company, role, professional biography, social profile links and creator or brand preferences.
- Marketplace and campaign data, including briefs, proposals, messages, collaboration records, content, audience information, campaign performance and payment-related records.
- Communications and applications you send to us, including creator network applications, support requests, meeting requests and feedback.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
- Integration data from services you choose to connect, including LinkedIn. The data available to us depends on your permissions, the connected service and its rules.
- Public professional information that you make publicly available on professional networks, company websites or creator profiles, where its use is permitted.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data to provide and improve Hypervoice; create and manage accounts; review creator network applications; arrange requested meetings; match brands and creators; support campaigns and communications; operate approved integrations; respond to enquiries; maintain security and prevent fraud; measure service performance; comply with legal obligations; and send product or business communications where permitted. We do not sell personal data.
4. LinkedIn and other connected services
If you connect LinkedIn or another third-party service, Hypervoice will access and process only the data authorised through that service and needed for the features you request. This may include page, profile, post, engagement or analytics data. We use such data to provide the connected feature, not to create unrelated profiles or for unauthorised purposes.
Your use of a connected service is also governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy. You may remove Hypervoice’s access using the connected service’s settings or by contacting us. After disconnection, we delete or de-identify connected-service data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, security and contractual retention requirements.
5. When we share data
We may share personal data with the brand or creator counterparties involved in a requested marketplace activity; service providers that host, secure, analyse or support Hypervoice; professional advisers; authorities when required by law; and a successor in a merger, financing, reorganisation or sale. Service providers may process data only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate obligations.
6. Legal grounds and consent
We process personal data with your consent, to provide services you request or perform a contract, to comply with law, and for legitimate business purposes where permitted. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
7. Cookies and similar technology
We may use essential cookies and similar technology to operate, secure and remember settings for the website and service. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of data and our relationship with you.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use care when deciding what information to share.
9. International processing
Hypervoice and its service providers may process data in India and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and follow applicable restrictions on the transfer of personal data.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request information about how your data is handled; or raise a grievance. You may also unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message.
To make a request, email yesh@hypervoice.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may nominate another person to exercise applicable rights on your behalf where the law allows.
11. Children
Hypervoice is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Hypervoice, our integrations or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will provide additional notice where required.
